Initial Setup

Customers provide us with creative assets such as a logo and pictures along with the instructions you send to your candidates. We create custom instruction pages so candidates know where to go for onboarding requirements like background checks, TB tests, and drug screens. 

Automated Communication

Our platform initiates a texting sequence when a candidate is added to the system.  We “hand-hold” the candidates through each step with instructions, reminders, and follow-up texts.  HR Teams can also use our platform to texts directly with candidates without the need for a company or personal mobile phone.

Candidate Response

Candidates can respond with issues or questions directly via text, and our A.I. answers questions immediately. If the candidate asks questions that are out of scope for trained responses, the question is forwarded to the HR team. If candidates decide to drop out, HR is immediately notified and no additional resources are wasted on follow-up.

Credential Verification

We collect necessary credentials such as licenses and certifications directly from the candidate and automatically verify the validity with the correct governing bodies without any administrative time from HR.

Tracking / Data
